Rating Captain is an application helping companies improve their appearance on opinion-forming portals. The analysis of the collected opinions allows to easily draw conclusions from customer ratings. How does the integration work?

Rating Captain gets order statuses from a given BaseLinker account to determine which status represents a completed order, where a request for review should be sent. Then, every few minutes, RatingCaptain queries the BaseLinker API and retrieves the id and email of orders that have changed status to completed. Review requests for these orders are queued and sent.

Sign up at Rating Captain. After signing in to the app, go to the "site" tab and from the integration level choose: integration with BaseLinker. Then enter your BaseLinker account API key.
