I've worked with several different shops, but it's BaseLinker that probably has one of the best, if not the best - as it is the most intuitive order management system, which makes it perfect for assembling orders from different sources - like your own shops, or multiple Allegro accounts.

BaseLinker is a 50% automated system. Invoicing and receipts are made with one click, courier labels are created on their own. Not to mention the offer management system and bulk changes, e.g. on a thousand offers with one click. It's better than having an extra employee. The system runs on BaseLinker servers, failure of my hardware does not interrupt my work.

With properly configured integrations and automatic actions, BaseLinker does 90% of the work that you would normally have to do manually, including sending emails and text messages, issuing invoices, sending shipments, supervising proper packaging, processing orders from multiple sales channels. Just the thought of having to do this manually makes me break out in a cold sweat.

Generally when I am facing a new program and I read that it's 'smart and user friendly' I start to get anxious. And when the term 'intuitive' comes up, fear creeps up on me. In my experience, the more intuitive a program is, the more time, energy and sweat it takes to get into the intuition of the program developers. BaseLinker does not promise a program that solves all problems or even takes care of e-commerce for me. BaseLinker is a simple tool which supports processing online sales. In this case, however - the simplicity is the best feature. In software as in art, simplicity is a measure of genius. I could go on and on about the advantages of BaseLinker, but I will express my respect for this tool in one sentence. With BaseLinker, my primary problem was turning off thinking - 'it's too simple to work'. In this case, most of the solutions are simple and work, it just works brilliantly.

How important is BaseLinker to me? It is crucial in deciding to expand into more sales channels. I love how it streamlines work on many levels. The system is prepared for many solutions, but it's up to you to figure out how much to get out of it. Take a moment to think about how you'd like it to work, and get help from the implementation department - they're worth every penny. They will help you check your expectations and will suggest solutions. You can configure many things yourself, but the right question is whether you have the right amount of time to learn it? The system is very versatile, you can customise it to your own needs. It is difficult to find a competitor app, as the others absolutely can't match it's functionality as well as intuitive design. BaseLinker is a "must have" in e-commerce.
I configure BaseLinker at my clients' sites automating their sales and customer service. I often do an integration with ERP solutions like Subiekt GT or Nexo, combining these systems into one interoperable organism. My clients are delighted with this because it takes away a lot of tedious and monotonous work. There are many automations in operation for invoicing, inventory synchronisation between Subiekt and several marketplaces. Customers automatically get emails notifying them of the status of their order, with an invoice or a link to track the parcel. This allows 2 people to do the work that 10 employees would normally do.
It also works great in the warehouse for packing as well as order picking. The web-based operation is a big plus, as all you need to work on baselinker is a fairly cheap computer or even a regular smartphone.
As of today, I miss the ability to handle purchase orders and stock deliveries along with extensive statistics and sales registers and price history - adding this would make baselinker an ERP with huge potential.
The platform is constantly evolving, the developers are responsive to customer needs, and support is very helpful. In addition, the interface is very friendly and anyone can quickly get how to operate within the software.
I recommend BaseLinker to any vendor who wants to move forward :)
